Welcome / Velkommen / Willkommen The Lolland-Falster and Ostholstein-Lübeck regions are areas characterized by watersports and water tourism. The sailing that can be enjoyed here meets the very highest requirements and is among the best in Germany. Close cooperation of all those involved is essential in order to promote the common interest in developing this area further. All those involved in the regions and visitors to them will benefit from this collaboration. For this reason we are delighted that 19 harbours in Denmark and 19 in Germany have joined together in the BalticSailing project, in order to set up across national boundaries a local network designed to develop and market the region. This cooperation is intended to give you tourist information about the region, to make your stay easier by giving you practical information, to open up new possibilities for you in the region and, hopefully, to persuade you to make use of the tourist facilities available.
